Optional reading history

If you use the optional reading tracker, this browser stores only the lesson slugs you explicitly mark read and the last lesson you viewed. This history stays in this browser's local storage; the academy server does not receive or sync it. It is not a scored checkpoint, exam pass, or certificate. Use the clear-history control on the course home page or clear this site's browser data to remove it.

Your account

Your account stores your username, email, certificate display name, account verification, course checkpoints, assessment selections, and optional certificate sharing preference. Never store a wallet secret here. Only collect information needed to run the course. Ask the academy administrator for account data or deletion.

Course feedback

Issue reports are visible to academy staff. Reports sent while signed in are linked to your account, shown in your dashboard, included in your learning-record export, and deleted when your account is deleted. You may report without signing in; anonymous reports have no email or raw IP address stored with them. A keyed rate-limit value derived from the connection address is kept for abuse prevention for up to 24 hours, then pruned. Reports contain the material identifier and revision, but not exam question text. Do not include personal details or wallet secrets in report text.

Your certificates

Assessment questions and scores are private account records. A level pass creates a private web record. When on-chain minting is enabled, blockchain records are public and may be permanent. The credential publicly identifies the receiving wallet, course level, curriculum revision, an opaque credential ID, and issuer signature; it excludes email, legal name, exam answers, and score. The academy's collection authority can update the Core badge's name or metadata URI, while its permanent freeze prevents transfer and cannot be removed. The academy cannot move a badge to a replacement wallet if you lose access. Avoid connecting a wallet you do not want publicly linked to your credential.

Wallets and costs

Reading, account creation, lessons, and exams are free. A learner who chooses to mint pays the wallet-displayed network and storage costs. Read every transaction in your own wallet before approving it. The academy never needs recovery phrases or private keys.
